SEASON AND USAGE The Facility grants the Renter use of the following times and fields for the Saturday, March 21, 2026 – Saturday, August 22, 2026 season (44 sessions across 2 fields):

2. PAYMENT TERMS Total rental cost: $3,564.00 Non-refundable deposit ($535.00) due February 5, 2026. Remaining balance ($3,029.00) due March 14, 2026. Time slots listed above will be HELD on the Facility schedule pending receipt of the signed agreement and deposit. Slots are released back to availability if this agreement is not signed within 7 days of issuance. 3. INSURANCE Renter must maintain general liability insurance of at least $1,000,000 per occurrence, naming "North Buffalo Sports Complex" as an additional insured. A current Certificate of Insurance must be on file prior to the first session. Insurance carrier: Insurance carrier 4. RESPONSIBILITIES Renter is responsible for setup and breakdown of equipment, providing their own catchers' gear, helmets, and personal equipment, and field cleanup after each session. Facility provides bases and chalk lines, backstop and bullpen access, restrooms, and field maintenance between sessions. 5. CANCELLATION AND WEATHER In the event of inclement weather, the Facility will notify the Renter no later than 90 minutes before the scheduled start time. Cancelled sessions will be rescheduled when possible, or credited toward the following season at the Renter's choice. Renter-initiated cancellations require 7 days notice. Cancellations with less notice forfeit that session's fee. 6.
