We're pleased to propose the seasonal field rental below. This proposal establishes the general terms only — specific dates and field assignments are finalized together after you agree.

What happens after you agree
- We'll work with you to lock in the exact Saturday dates and assign specific fields.
- Those become an invoice and a formal rental contract.
- You'll review and sign the contract; we countersign and your dates are confirmed.
Terms & conditions
Insurance: Renter maintains general liability coverage of at least $1,000,000 per occurrence, naming the Facility as additional insured. Responsibilities: Renter handles equipment setup, breakdown, and field cleanup; Facility provides bases, chalk lines, and maintenance. Cancellation: weather cancellations are rescheduled or credited; renter-initiated cancellations require 7 days notice. Full terms are included in the rental contract.
